General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG.

The presentation or advertising of goods as well as the pricing do not constitute a binding offer. In the online shop, the customer's order is transmitted to us after clicking the order button.
The order represents a legally binding offer from the customer. The customer's possible right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
After we receive the order, we will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contractual offer unless acceptance is expressly declared by us at the same time.
The contract is concluded between us and the customer through our express declaration of acceptance via email or through delivery of the ordered goods.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

PayPal

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Credit card
When you submit your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

Klarna Payment

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

  • Installment purchase: Klarna's financing service allows you to pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the terms specified in the checkout.   • Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been dispatched. The time will be communicated to you by email.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. 6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

With regard to the warranty, the statutory provisions apply unless otherwise agreed here.

The limitation period for claims arising from liability for material defects is 24 months and begins when the purchased item is handed over to the customer.

For used items, the warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods, contrary to the legal regulations.

The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

  • in case of injury to life, body or health
  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud
  • in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
  • as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed or
  • as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
