The prices shown in the online shop do not include shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs for a delivery are calculated dynamically within the ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order is placed.

Please note: Deliveries to packing stations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments via DPD, GLS, UPS and bulky items can therefore not be delivered to packing stations.

In case of a delivery to Germany Items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-4 working days. The delivery of the goods takes place on the shipping route to the delivery address provided by you.

In case of a delivery to Austria Items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-5 working days.

In the case of a delivery to the remaining European countries Items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-6 working days.

In the case of a delivery to the remaining countries Items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 5-14 working days.

GLS express

In the case of a delivery with GLS Express, available items will be with you within approx. 1-2 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. within Germany are guaranteed to be delivered to you on the next working day (except Saturday). Please note that GLS express delivery is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.

Bulky goods dispatch via DPD

In the case of a bulky goods delivery, deliverable items will be with you within 1-3 working days. Please note that if bulky goods are returned, you may incur considerable additional costs. If you would like to receive exact prices for a return shipment in advance, please contact us info@maginon.de. Please note that DPD delivery is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.

Delivery to PACKSTATION

Notification by e-mail / SMS or by push notification in your DHL app about the receipt of the shipment. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments are diverted to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be placed in the packing station. Please note that delivery to a packing station is only possible via DHL.

Click & Collect

In the case of a delivery with Click & Collect, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection from us in Norderstedt. This usually takes 2-4 working days. When picking up your order, please bring the confirmation email we sent you with you. Due to the current situation, it is necessary to wear a mouth/nose protection when picking up.

The delivery period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
